cnb-rs repo rank monthly [-m <YYYYMM>] [-l <LANG>] [-n <N>]

• -m, --month <YYYYMM>: 月份，缺省本月
• -l, --language <LANG>: 语言过滤
• --flags <FLAGS>: 仓库类型
• -n, --top <N>: 取前 N（默认 10）
